Add Attachments to Sanitation Jobs or requests
This article will display to the user the steps required to add attachments to Sanitation Jobs or Requests such as SDS sheets or specific instructions, whether when adding or editing
1. From the Sanitation Job or Request display scroll down to the Planning
3. Click Attachments
4. Click Add
5. Enter a Subject
Typically the name of the attachment
6. Click Browse to locate the stored .pdf file on your computer
7. Double click on the file
The File Name will populate in the field
8. Click Add
The file will upload and the system will display a message indicating the file was uploaded.
Repeat these steps if multiple attachments are required.
