Generate Sanitation Jobs 

This section will display the steps required to generate Sanitation Jobs required based upon the Master Sanitation Schedules, schedule frequency, next due date, assigned to, shift and estimated duration.


    1.  Click | Master Schedule | Generate Job

         

    5.  Select OnDemand or Calendar

         Note: If OnDemand you will also need to choose an On-demand Group from the dropdown list

    6.  If needed, Check the Print Generated Sanitation Jobs box

    7.  Click Start


The system will display Sanitation Job Generation Complete - Jobs generated, and display the number of jobs generated.
