Adding attachments to Master Sanitation Schedule Planning

This article will display to the user the steps required to add attachments to Master Sanitation Planning such as SDS sheets or specific instructions

     1.  Click | Master Schedule | Search

     2.  Choose the Master Sanitation Job

     3.  Click to open the Planning Accordion

     4.  Click to open the Attachments Sections

     5.  Click next to Add

     6.  Click Add

     7.  Enter a Subject, typically the name of the attachment

     8.  Click on Browse too locate the stored PDF file on your computer 

     9.  When the PDF file is located, double click on the file to populate the File Name field

   10.  Click on Add

   11.  The file will upload and the system will display a message indicating the file has been uploaded

Repeat these steps if multiple attachments are required.
