Using Save As Option to copy a Master Sanitation Schedule
This function allows the user to copy a Master Sanitation Schedule including Tasks and Planning for one Location or Equipment to another.
1. Click
The Master Sanitation Schedule Search page will appear
2. Select the Master Sanitation Schedule from the search table to be copied
The Master Sanitation Schedule Details page will appear
3. Click Options
4. Click Save As
5. When the Master Sanitation Schedule opens make the necessary changes to the Description to allow
the new Master Sanitation Schedule to be unique.
6. Make any necessary changes to any of the other fields such as Charge To, Frequency, Assigned, Shift
or Next Due
7. Click Copy
