Reset a Password for a User : Help Center

Site Administrators have the security rights to reset a password for a user.

Follow these steps to reset the password for a SOMAX user.

1. Click| User Management

2. Select the User from the User Search page

3. Click Options | Reset Password

4. Enter the New Password

5. Confirm the New Password

6. Click Reset Password

The User's password will be reset and they can log in using the new password provided by the Administrator.
