How do I "open" a completed Work Order? Print

Completed Work Orders can be reopened by completing the the following steps.

From the Work Order Detail page:

1. Click Options

2. Select Reopen

The Work Order status will change to Scheduled and the Work Order will appear on the mechanics mobile device.
