The following list describes reasons why you might not be able to access the SOMAX login page.
- You may not be connected to the internet. Check your connection to the internet, are you able to access other Web sites on the internet?
- Have you entered the Web address (URL) correctly https://somaxonline.somax.com ?
- Check with your Information Technology department to make sure that https://somaxonline.somax.com is still an available Web address (URL).
