Technical Specifications
Technical Specification is a separate Lookup List that is designated for the Technical Specification tab on Equipment under the Additional Information Accordion.
Add a Technical Specification
Perform the following steps to Add a Technical Specification:
1. Click| Technical Specification
2. Click New to add a new value to the Lookup List
3. Enter the Specification
4. Enter the Description
5. Click Update to save your new Technical Specification
Editing Technical Specification
Perform the following steps to edit a Technical Specification:
1. Click Edit to edit an existing value in the Lookup List
Enter your changes to Specification and/or Description
2. Click Update to save your changes
Deleting a Technical Specification
Perform the following steps to delete a Technical Specification:
1. Click Delete
2. Click OK to verify deleting the Technical Specification
The Technical Specification will be deleted from the list
Inactivating Technical Specification
Inactivating a Technical Specification will remove it from the dropdown list but retain the information on the list if you want to reactivate the value at a later date.
Perform the following steps to inactivate a value:
1. Click Edit
2. Check Inactive
3. Click Update
