Client Setup

Client Setup is where you can assign a primary contact person for your company and upload your company logo.


Follow these steps to edit your Primary Contact:

    1.  Click| Client Setup

    2.  Enter your Client Name, Primary Contact, Phone, and Email

    3.  Click Save to save your changes

         


Your Company logo appears on Purchase Requests and Purchase Orders, as well as printed Work Orders.


Follow these steps to upload your Company Logo

    1.  Click Select Logo

    2.  Find the File on your drive

    3.  Click Open

         The file will be uploaded to SOMAX.

Drag your Company Logo from your Desktop or a folder to the Drag Image box.



To Delete your Company Logo, follow these steps:

    1.  Click Delete 

         The image will be deleted from SOMAX
