Perform the following steps to reset your password from the Sign In page.
On the SOMAX Sign In page
1. Click Can't Access Your Account link
2. Select I forgot my password
3. Enter your User ID
4. Click Send Email
The user will be emailed a link to change their password and then the following steps can be performed:
1. Open the email
2. Copy the Temporary Password
3. Click on the provided URL in the email message
4. Paste in the Temporary Password
5. Enter your Security Response
6. Enter a New Password
7. Confirm the New Password
8. Click Reset Password
The following text should then be displayed: Password is reset
