Printing Part Labels from the Parts Detail Page

There are two options to print a label for a Part from the Parts Detail page. The Quick Print option prints a default label size with the click of a button. Printing from the Options Menu allows the user to select the size label to be printed.

To change the default label size, see Site Setup for more instruction.

Quick Print Option

From the Parts Detail page

    1.  Click Print Label

         The Print Preview Screen will appear

    2.  Select your Destination - Label Printer (if not set as default printer)

    3.  Enter the number of Copies to print

    4.  Click Print

         You will be returned to the Parts Detail page after the labels have printed

Print from the Options Menu

From the Parts Detail page

    1.  Click Options

    2.  Click Print

         The Select Print Label pop-up will appear

    3.  Select the Label size for the Lookup List

    4.  Click Print

         The Print Preview Screen will appear

    5.  Select your Destination - Label Printer (if not set as default printer)

    6.  Enter the number of Copies to print

    7.  Click Print

         You will be returned to the Parts Detail page after the labels have printed
