To activate the On Demand Procedures so they are available to use in SOMAX, you will need to update information on both the Site Setup Page and within the different security profiles.


Site Setup Page Activation


Follow these steps to activate the On Demand Procedures Library for your site.

     Note: You will have to be set as a System Admin to perform the following functions


    1.  Click on Configuration | Site Setup

    2.  Check On Demand Work Order Access in the Options Box

    3.  Click Save



Updating Security Profiles to Provide Access


Follow these steps to edit the Security Profiles for your site.

    Note: You will have to be set as a System Admin to perform the following functions


    1.  Click on Configuration | Security Profiles

    2.  Click on the Security Profile you wish to Edit

    3.  Check the boxes beside the On-Demand Procedure Library

    4.  Click Save



Note: Checking Access/View only will allow the user to use the On Demand Procedure to create a Work Order but they would not be able to edit or create new On Demand Procedures
