Viewing Downtime on completed Work Orders
Perform the following steps to view a Downtime record on a completed Work Order in the SOMAX Mobile Application
1. Tap the Work Order Filter and select Scheduled and Completed
2. Tap on the Work Order
3. Tap on Downtime button
The Downtime Pop-up will appear showing any Downtime recorded on that Work Order.
4. Tap Cancel to exit
5. Tap the Back Arrow to return the Work Order Menu
SOMAX recommends you reset the filter to Scheduled Work Orders after searching through Completed items.
