Adding a Shopping Cart Purchase Request

Perform the following steps to add a Shopping Cart Purchase Request for Catalog Parts:

  1. Click| Shopping Cart | Shopping             
  2. Enter one of the Following in the Search box
  •         Part Number
  •         Part Description
  •         Manufacturer
  •         Manufacturer Part ID
  •         Category
  •         Category Description

 3.  Click the Lookup Icon

  • The results are returned with exact matches first then populated with results that "contain" the Search criteria


4.  Click on Qty and enter the desired quantity

5.  Click Add to Cart

    


      If the part exist on a Shopping Cart Purchase Request already the following will be displayed

6.  Click to Add to Cart

7.  Click to not add and return to Shopping



8.  Click to Continue Shopping

9.  Click to go to Shopping Cart



10.  Select Edit to Edit the Quantity of your items

11.  Click to Check Out and Send for Approval

12.  Click to Continue Shopping



13.  Default Approver / Reviewer is displayed you can select desired from drop-down list

14.  Enter Reason for Request

15.  Click Send for Approval

16.  Click to Cancel sending for approval



Message is displayed 

17.  Click OK and you are returned to the Shopping Cart Module
