Hard Refresh in Chrome - Part Checkout Page : Help Center

Occasionally a user may need to do a Hard Refresh and reload a specific page within SOMAX.

Here are the steps to perform the Hard Refresh on the Parts Checkout Page.

From the Part Checkout Page

1. Press CTRL+F5

The system will begin to refresh

Note: The screen will go blank and reloading could take a couple minutes, so don't panic.

After the page fully reloaded the Search Icons will "reactivate".
