Search for Work Orders using Mobile Device : Help Center

Perform the following steps to Search for Work Orders on the SOMAX Mobile Application

1. Tap Work Order on the Main Menu

2. Tap Search Icon

3. The Work Order Search box will be displayed and the Search Icon turns orange

4. Tap the Search box to type in any part of a Work Order number, Work Order description, or Charge To ID

5. Tap the Search button

6. The system will display a list of all records where your entry is found

7. To open a record Tap on the Work Order

8. The system will display the Work Order Record

9. The selected list will remain on the list view until you Tap the Search Icon again or leave the Work Order module
