SOMAX Mobile Parts Update On Hand Quantity

Perform the following steps to make corrections to storeroom on hand quantity using the SOMAX Mobile Application


    1.  Tap Parts on Main Menu

    2.  Tap Search

    3.  Tapto scan a Q/R code or type any of the Part ID, Description, Manufacturer or Manufacturer ID  into the Search box 

    4.  Tap Search

    5.  Tap the desired Part ID to open the record

    6.  Tap Options Menu 

    7.  Tap Update on Hand Quantity

    8.  Enter the correct Quantity On Hand

    9.  Tap Update

   10.  The On Hand quantity will be updated

   11.  Tapto return to the Part list view repeat steps 2 through 10 to update additional Parts
