Viewing Attachments on Mobile Device : Help Center

Perform the following steps to View Attachments,on Equipment, Parts, or Work Order records using the SOMAX Mobile Application

1. Open an Equipment, Part or Work Order record

2. Tap the Options Menu

3. Tap Attachments

4. The system will display the list of Attachments available for the open Equipment, Part or Work Order record

Note: If there are no Attachments, the system will display No Attachments. Tap OK to continue.

5. To open an Attachment select by Tapping the desired Attachment from the list

6. To close the Attachment, Tap the X
