Completing Work Orders

Perform the following steps to complete a Work Order on the SOMAX Mobile Application

NOTE: This step should be performed after Parts are issued, Labor is added, Downtime is added  and Tasks have been Completed or Cancelled.

    1.  Tap a Work Order to open it

                     

    2.  The first editable field is Complete All Tasks checkbox - defaulted in a Checked condition. When left checked, all Tasks under the Task Tab will have their status changed to Completed 

         Note: The Complete All Tasks checkbox must be Unchecked if there are any Canceled tasks

    5.  Actual Duration - The user completing the work order enters their time in Hours (Ex. 1.25, 4, 7.25, etc ...)

    6.  Failure - Select the appropriate Failure code

    7.  Comments - (Optional) Tap on the Comments field use the keypad enter comments

    8.  Downtime - (Optional) Tap on the Downtime 

         

    9.  Enter the Down Date

  10.  Enter the Minutes Down

         Note: this field is in exact minutes of the down time. NOT IN HOURS

  11.  Tap OK   

  12.  Tap Complete

  •  For Food Processing Systems a Food Safety Conditions message will display
    • Select Yes the system will complete the Work Order and return to the Work Order list view   
    • Select No the system will return to the Work Order and not allow the Work Order to be completed until the user can Select Yes 

     

  •  For Non Food Processing Systems 
    • The system will complete the Work Order and return to the Work Order list view
