Mobile Configuration
Perform the following steps to view or change Configuration Settings for the SOMAX Mobile Application
Follow these steps to check your Site server.
1. Tap SOMAX Icon
The SOMAX Mobile application will launch
2. Tap the Configuration Gear in the upper left of the screen
SOMAX will then display current Mobile Application Version and Site. The Site should display as Production
3. Tap the Return Arrow in the upper left of the screen to return to the Log In Screen
Note: You will only need to check the Site server the first time you log into SOMAX.
If Production is not the Site displayed, then you will need to Change Sites
1. Tap Change Site
2. Select Production from the dropdown menu
3. Tap Save
4. Tap the Return Arrow to return to the Log In Screen
