Parts Receipts History

A Receipt History for Part is available in the Options menu on the Parts Detail page. This view provides the Purchase Order, Receipt Date, Vendor, Vendor Name, Quantity, and Unit Cost for specified date or time frame.

Perform the following steps to access the Part Receipts.


    1.  Click| Parts | Search

    2.  Select a Part ID from the Parts Search page

    3.  Click Options | Receipts

         The Receipts pop-up will appear showing the history for one week

    4.  Click on the Lookup List to select a different Date

    5.  Click Submit


Click Close to close the pop-up
