Adding Equipment to a Part
SOMAX will build the Part/Equipment cross-reference through the Work Order process but you can manually add Equipment to a Part detail page.
Perform the following steps to add Equipment to a Part.
1. Click
| Parts | Search
2. Select a Part from the Parts Search page
3. Click Equipment
4. Click New
5. Click
to search for the Equipment
6. Enter the Quantity Needed
7. Enter the Quantity Used
8. Add Comments (if needed)
9. Click Add
