Adding a PM Master Jobs

Follow these steps to add in a PM Master Job


    1.  Click| Preventive Maintenance | Search

    2.  Click Options | Add

    3.  Give the new PM a Master Job ID

         Note: This ID can be an alphanumeric combination 

    4.  Choose your Schedule Type from the drop down list

    5.  Enter the Description 

    6.  Enter the estimated Job Duration

       

    7.  Click Add 


You will then be directed to the Preventive Maintenance Detail screen to add schedule records and tasks to your new PM.
