Adding a Part

Perform the following steps to Add a Part:


    1.  Click| Part

         The Add New Part window will appear

    2.  Enter the Part ID

    3.  Enter the Description

    4.  Select a Issue Unit for the dropdown list

         The Issue Unit Lookup List can be edited by your Administrator, see Editing Lookup List.

    5.  Enter the On Hand quantity

         This is not a required field to add a part

    6.  Enter the Cost

         This is not a required field to add a part

    7.  Click Add
